Returning to work will never be the same

With all the attention on our first responders and health-care workers at the front lines, employers can no longer sit back and watch the horrible effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the rest of us have to get back to work, and that means programs and protocols have to be put into place in varying degrees for employers across the nation.To be sure, working in our daily lives will be drastically different.
